All prices on the website is in Australian dollars and GST Excluded.

Postage - within Australia only

To keep delivery costs to a minimum,  Tilley Jane offers different postage rates, please see below:

  • Flat rate postage $10.00 Australia wide.
  • FREE POSTAGE – Spend over $75.00 and free postage will apply to that order.

Missing Items / Parcel

Ifyou suspect that your item is lost in transit, you must notify us in a detailed email as soon as possible in order for us to track the item or to lodge a report for the loss. We will try out best to retrieve the items but Tilley Jane will not be responsible for the loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. Compensation and replacement are made on case to case basis.

Orders will be posted within 2 days of purchase,  however on weekends or public holidays,  purchases will be posted the next business day. 

Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. Any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a reposting charge of $10.00.

No liability will be accepted for incorrect postal details given.


No cancellations are accepted once product is posted. If unposted cancellations can be requested via an email on our contacts page.

Returns Policy

Exchange and Returns

We want you to love what you have ordered, but we understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one and as such we do accept returns,  however returns must be made :

  • Within 14 days of receipt, 
  • With item being unworn,
  • In its original condition with tag attached,
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase receipt. 
  • Upon receipt, you will be provided with a refund of item cost. Please note that postage charges will not be refunded in this instance. 
  • Contact by email prior to returning the item to advise your intention
  • Does not apply to goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item looks as though it has been worn

You are advised to use a reliable method of postage; registered post recommended. Tilley Jane is not responsible for loss or damaged item in transit.


If you find a fault with an item, please contact us  within 7 days of purchase to resolve any issues. However if the faulty or damaged item is to be returned to us, it must be:

  • In its original state with labels still intact,  to enable a refund or exchange to take place.
  • Purchasers will be responsible for the return postage  and handling fees.

Colour Recommendations

The colour of our product images that you see on our website may vary depending on your monitor. We do not guarantee that colour will be an exact match to the actual product.

For all direct deposits, you must enter the order number and surname as a reference for your bank transfer. Unrecognised bank transfer might delay the fulfilment of your order.

Purchased items will not be posted until payment has been received.

How To Purchase From Us

To make an order simple go to the product page. Select the quantity (located below the price) and hit the "Add to cart" button. This will than give you the option to continue shopping to visit the checkout page. Once you are ready to make the purchase visit the checkout page where you can quickly enter all your billing / delivery details on one page. You can also select the delivery method followed by the payment method. We only accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal as payment options.

Once you have completed your address(es), delivery method and payment method, we'll process your payment and once successful you'll receive notification via email and from our website. All invoices will be emailed to the email address you supply. We'll update you once the order has been packed and shipped.


We are not registered for GST and therefore all prices are EX GST.
